Prepare the Seafood
If the shrimp aren’t deveined, make a small shallow slit along the back from the tail to the head, removing the dark vein.
Rinse the shrimp, crab legs, lobsters, and clams under cold water. Set aside.
Chop and Prepare the Vegetables
In a large pot, fill halfway with water and bring to a boil.
Add the baby potatoes, onions, garlic, lemons, thyme, parsley, bay leaves, peppercorns and Old Bay seasoning.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Season the Boiling Liquid
Add the corn to the pot and continue boiling for an additional 5 minutes.
Timing the Addition of Different Ingredients
Drop in the crab legs and lobster halves, and boil that way for 5-7 minutes.
Gently put the clams into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes or till the clams open.
Serve
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the seafood and vegetables to a large serving platter.
Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
Let the seafood boil and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
