Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets (4 oz each): 2

- Salt and black pepper: to taste
- Dried dill: 1 teaspoon
- Cream cheese: 3 oz, softened
- Heavy cream: 1/4 cup
- Fresh dill (optional, for garnish): 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season them generously with salt, pepper, and dried dill.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and heavy cream. Beat until smooth with a spoon or whisk.
